Permitted Use

You may use buildinfo to generate videos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You may not: reverse-engineer our AI model, attempt to extract training data, automate access without permission, or use the service to create defamatory or infringing content. Violations result in immediate account termination.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for everything in your account. Keep your password secure. You own all videos you create, but you're responsible for ensuring they don't violate anyone's rights — no copyrighted material, no deepfakes of real people without consent, no hate speech.

What's Ours

All buildinfo technology, AI models, interface design, and underlying code remain our property. The stock media library is licensed from third parties; you get usage rights, but not ownership. We retain rights to use anonymized data to improve our service.

We're Not Liable For

We don't guarantee specific results or that videos will perform well. We're not liable for lost revenue, damaged reputation, or indirect damages from service downtime. We also can't promise uninterrupted service — bugs and outages happen.

Changes & Termination

We can change these terms or shut down the service with 30 days' notice. We can terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
